4.1 To access real-money services on 32pkr, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 32pkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.
4.4 If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account without authorisation, you must notify 32pkr immediately by contacting our support team. The Company will investigate and take appropriate action in accordance with its security procedures.
4.5 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or otherwise make available your 32pkr account to any third party under any circumstances.
All deposits on 32pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 200. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. 32pkr does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which 32pkr accepts no liability.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, 32pkr reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and conduct a full KYC review.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 500. 32pkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.
Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus activity are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotional terms. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
All account balances are held in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversion fees on 32pkr. Account balances do not accrue interest. Real-money balances and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within the Player's account dashboard. Real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds in all wager calculations unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.
6.1 All bets placed on 32pkr are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 32pkr system. Confirmation is communicated to the Player via their bet history or a confirmation notification. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided will have the staked amount returned to the Player's real-money balance.
6.3 32pkr reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet or series of bets at its sole discretion, including where:
6.4 The settlement of all sports bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body of the sport concerned (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket events, the International Cricket Council for international fixtures). Where an official result is not available, 32pkr will use reputable secondary sources and its own reasonable judgment to settle markets.
6.5 For casino games and slot titles, the outcome is determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software operated by the relevant game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are sourced from game providers and are subject to verification by independent testing laboratories.
7.1 From time to time, 32pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply:

9.1 All content on the 32pkr platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, text, software, trademarks, logos, and game content, is the property of 32pkr or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

12.1 32pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where:
12.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's real-money balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned. If the investigation identifies a breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 32pkr support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.
